Suggested Game Mode: Clown Fiesta

• Randomly spawning boxes
• Doom bot-style random surprise party ults
• Clown Drake
• Sombrero Baron (and scuttle crab)
• 5 second death timers
• has no cooldown and 1 second channel time
• All Minions wear party hats and do 1000% increased damage to champions.
