About Bewitching Morgana
Please don't tell me it is another Legacy skin, her last skin was a also legacy. I know it is a trend for harrowing/halloween skin to be legacy but can we make this an exception.

Well they wanted to make last years slayer skins permanent,but actually turned them into legacy skins because some people whined about how they wouldn't feel like halloween skins if they weren't legacy(which is really dumb in my opinion).
Anyone know when harrowing is So I know when to save up :p
Also, Haunted Zyra was a Harrowing skin, but due to her lack of skins, it was allowed to be permanent. So the precedent dies exist.
