Taric Skins Patch

I have a great idea for the Taric model's skins. The abilities on the original Taric skin (Shatter, Dazzle, Radiance, Gemcraft) are all colored to match the color o f the skin; blue. It would be cool if Taric's abilities (except Imbue) on all of his skins matched the color of the skin's design. Emerald would have green abilities, Fifth Age pink, and Bloodstone red.
