Shyvana Cannot Cast Dragon Form Flame Breath At Her Position

Shyvana Shyvana's Dragon Form version of Flame Breath allows her to select a place for a projectile to stop and explode within its range, provided it makes it that far without hitting an enemy Champion. However, when Shyvana is in Dragon Form, she cannot cast Flame Breath at her own position nor slightly offset, which can be frustrating when there is one or more enemy Champions close to her and you want her to cast Flame Breath at her position or slightly offset. If this were changed, Shyvana's Dragon Form Flame Breath could work like Ashe's Hawkshot, which can be cast at her position or slightly offset, up to a maximum range.

I dunno if you're mistaken but, the projectile in Human form doesn't explode at the end, so it doesn't matter whether you throw it 5 feet, or to New York City, it's gonna hit whatever it passes through, nothing more, nothing less.

Intentional, not an issue.

also, im pretty sure the fireball still does its damage in a line, as it does in human form. shoot through them

That's called a minimum cast range

While I want all the lovin' for Shyvana, unfortunately Riot wont fix some of her bigger issues, so something like having the cast minimal range reduced is probably out of the question. Maybe the rework is all we can hope for.
