Name: (Uproar, Rukus, or Turmoil), the rampaging fist. Class: Mage / Fighter

Lore: He was the outcome of a nuclear power experiment in Zaun. His ExoArm was melted to his skin during the final test when the portable reactor on his back went haywire. He now searches the time- tech to return his body to normal. His life mission is to return to the past to undo the unfortunate mistake that his body endured. Ekko has been his most elusive target and has become his most wanted trophy.

Abilities: Passive: Radioactivity - Every 3rd spell used by (uproar, rukus, or Turmoil) spawns a Nuclear Waste down near an allied champion. These Nuclear Waste when walked over by an allied champion gives them 15 bonus movement speed for 3 seconds. When walked over by and enemy champion poisons them by 60 over 3 seconds.(max 5 on the map at a time)

Q: Charging hook - Charges in a straight line, the first enemy champion hit dealing 60/75/90/105/110 Magic damage (+ 5% AP and 30 physical damage) knocking them up. Range: 600 in a line Cool down: 4 Cost: 40/45/50/55/60

W: Reactor overload - He overloads his reactor melting all enemy units' armor & magic resist by 15% for 4 seconds in a 450 range. Range: self Cool down: 12 Cost: 75/80/85/90/95

E: Choke Slam - Runs to a target location grabbing the first enemy champion he comes in contact with, choking them slamming them to the ground, silencing them for a moment dealing 80/90/100/110/120 magic damage (+ 50 AP & 10 Physical damage) Range: 700 Cool down: 8 Cost: 45/50/55/60/65

R: Fallout - He turns his reactor to highest power, and starts to go critical. After 5 seconds, his reactor explodes spewing radioactive waste everywhere. This field of nuclear fallout decreases enemy movement speed by 5% , their Armor and magic resist by 15% and gives them radiation sickness for as long as they stand in the waste. Radiation sickness poisons an enemies in the area of waste for 50/100/200 magic damage (+20 Ap) every 3 seconds. Range: 1400 circular range from where his reactor exploded. Cool down: 100 Cost: 110/115/120

other info: Basic attack style - melee Zilean is an friend to him because he actually tried to send him back to the day of the experiment, but before he could get him to that day his chronoshift shorted out. Quotes: Champion selection- "It was my time, but fate says otherwise" Joke near Blitz- "Want to arm wrestle, rust bucket" Joke - "man it'd be nice to scratch my nose without breaking it" Taunt - "Tetanus is the least of your worries fighting me" Spawning - "Here the hunt for Time"

Instead of just rolling our champion ideas left and right it'd be nice to see more time and effort put into each one, you mentioned mana costs in abilities yet we don't have your stats on the champion so we don't know if the manacosts will even have a dent for how strong overall his kit is. For his e you mention a silence but don't give details on how long it will last. The cooldowns given are flat do you intend for each skill to have the same cooldown each rank? Lastly his q & e have random ad in them that aren't % which isn't explained. Ex. E: Choke Slam 80/90/100/110/120 magic damage (+ 50 AP & 10 Physical damage)

  1. i would name him Chronaus (play on the name Chronos or Kronos lord of time in Roman/Greek myth)

  2. I would change his E to add a stun for 0.25 seconds as well as a silence for 0.5 seconds after the stun wears off

  3. Maybe make this guy something more useable in the jungle seeing as how this guy could be a good ganker with the q

  4. make the w have shorter cooldown and less damage (a little bit but not toooo much)

  5. make the q like Vi but you charge time and u knock them up ( i think you have that) and longer cooldowns

  6. his abilities can't let him pass through walls and his q is targeted, not like Vi

If you're stuck on numbers, cut them entirely. A concept can stand on its own without numbers. If you really want them, go to the LoL wiki and compare the abilities of similar champions to see what's appropriate. You'll get a feel for what's appropriate and what's not after awhile.

Similarly, if you don't know what to do for base stats, cut them. Base stats are not readily appreciable as a source of power compared to abilities. There's none here, but this is just if you were considering it.

For what little you wrote, the lore is actually really good as a starting point. I'm impressed.

Your main problem is that you're bringing nothing new to the table. It's a bundle of crowd control and mobility with a random nuke as an ultimate. The whole radiation thematic is awesome and has potential, but you're not really bringing that to life. Instead, what we have here is a guy with a bunch of meh-level CC and a forgettable passive. Nautilus obsoletes you as a tank by bringing even more CC than you could hope for, while Darius is a superior fighter through self-healing, attrition, and his execute. There's no reason to pick this champion without anything novel to distinguish him, which means back to the drawing board.

Buckle down on what you really want him to do. DotA heroes are really good at this - in their own way, they're all overpowered, but in a very specific way. Find that something and build everything in support of that something. The radiation thing is pretty cool - I recommend following up on that.

Also, work on getting what you've got right instead of creating more champions. Practice doesn't make perfect - if you're practicing it wrong, you're going to keep doing it wrong.

I had those three names because they are synonyms of Rampage. but yeah that could work. The E it would make more sense since he chokes then slams them that it silence first. he already has two cc abilities, i'm not a fan of having melee champions with multiple cc abilities. but i'll think about the stun. The jungle idea is a possibility i might consider seeing as he is hunting ekko. I didn't want to over power his W for team fights. With void staff and item 3001 he would already have enough for a team fight to melt the enemy team as it is. I want his q to be a skill shot. and no he can't pass through terrain.

I feel like he's too insignificant to be a champ. He's just some Zaun thug that somebody else hired to kill Ekko. It's all about the muni, muni, muni.
