(cosmetic) let us choose our icon borders

Dear Riot,

I've recently (about 20 minutes ago) hit level 275! Woohoo! But....I already miss being 274, and I long for the days long past when I hit 250 because I knew it this day would come. I knew this message was going to be posted on the official League of legends boards the moment I had my perfect combination.

Well...Here I am.

You see, I love my Winter Wonder Soraka icon, and it went SOOOOOOOOO BEAUTIFULLY with the 250 prestige icon border. The level 250 border was an icy blue-white WITH LITTLE ICICLES! It was so perfect for Winter Wonder Soraka icon that I wished I could lock my level somehow to keep it.

But now I have this blocky red electric nonsense that idgaf about. It doesn't work for me! It can be removed from my collection until we see the release of the beautiful yet evil-looking Forsaken Soraka in 2021 (please refer to Forsaken Jayce for general cosmetic guideline).

Please allow us to mix and match our prestige borders with our icons. It will make this small, insignificant feature a little more personalized. Kind of like a 1% critical strike rune. I saw it win a fight one time except its beauty will strike fear in the hearts of our enemies!
