Champion Concept: Arcanian Construct: Arcane Titan

this is a champion concept with the goals of making an anti mage support, he would be tanky with low mobility and deal low damage (unless vs a caster) he would be CD based only

passive: for every 25/20/15/10 allied minions that die to magic damage the Arcane Titan Summons an Arcane golemn that will walk down his current lane. the arcane golemn is immune to magic damage and is as tanky as an inhibitor minion no AA but deals aoe damage like sunfire cape and will try to stay near enemies to damage them (it cannot hit towers but it will kill minions).

arcane golemn will focus on being near whatever enemy the arcane titan has last attacked if the arcane titan is attacking an enemy close enough to the arcane golemn

Q-Backlash (4 second CD) passive-when an enemy champion casts a spell they are slowed by 10% for 4 seconds, stacking up to 10 times, the stacks are refreshed if the target is damaged by an arcane golemn or the arcane titans AAs active-all enemies with backlash on them take 10/20/30/40/50 (+10% bonus hp) damage per stack of backlash, the stacks are consumed, and stun the enemy for .25 seconds per stack of backlash

W-Arcane Absorption (30/27/24/21/18 second CD) active- the arcane titan marks an allied champion with an arcane ward that redirects all direct spells to the arcane titan for 4 seconds which deal 20/35/50/65/80% less damage. if this ability is cast the arcane titan himself he gains a spell-shield to block the next incoming spell for up to 3 seconds

E-Overflow (5 second CD at all ranks) passive-the arcane golemn regenerates hp equal to 2/4/6/8/10% of the arcane titans total hp every 5 seconds passive- the arcane titan releases an influx of arcane power, increasing his and his arcane golemns damage done by 30/60/90/120/150% for 1 second per stack of backlash consumed

R-Lethal Magic (120/90/60 second CD) [this CD is shown under his health-bar similar to shyvanas ult active-select an enemy champion, silencing them for .5 seconds then for the next 3/4/5 seconds any spell they cast that deals damage will also deal 100% of the magic damage dealt by them to any of their nearby allies (750 range around them) and the target gains 3 stacks of feedback instead of 1 during this time

please note that this champion while exceptionally strong vs mages and casters who spam spells, but exceptionally weak vs AA based champions.

i thought him up in an effort to think of a form of solution to punish mages going bot lane while make a champion that would struggle in a solo lane (lack of damage except AAs unless vs a spell spammer, he also has no passive vs aa kills)

he is my idea to make people hesitate to bring ziggs, brand, exc bot

comments -op passive? not really it actually has some strong counter-play, just don't kill the minions near him with MAGIC damage and he has no passive

-to much damage on Q? no, because it requires the enemy to cats a spell for it to do anything at all, AND its his only damage ability based on HIS DAMAGE capability, meaning if you don't use spells, he can only AA, as a note, his wave-clear sucks as well because of this which is why his passive is so strong for pushing IF the enemy is killing things with magic damage

-R is massively op? no, because again its focused on a specific type of damage (magic), and doesn't do anything 1v1, its meant to be a powerful team fight tool that locks down an enemy MAGE from wanting to attack because he will be wrecking his own allies as well with it if they are near him, also it has a short delay giving the mage time to realize i shouldn't cast spells, its only use vs a non magic dealer? its a .5 second silence and faster feedback stack up

the idea of this champion is simple, he is a counterpick to mages, to make them regret having a mage, but he is alone to weak to be a solo laner, which forces him into a support role, his strength is teamfights (aoe stuns from spell casts on feedback) and anti mage

anyway this was just an idea i came up with while dead tired, hope it peaked some interests obviusly it would need some tweaks

I like the (outside the box character focus) I recently put forth the idea of an AoE tanky anti-support character with auras that reduce shielding, healing, duration and movement in his aura, instead of skill shots / targeted abilities... seemed like a different focus and more annoying than damaging as well. shrug I personally like these ideas.
