Role Support (Enchanter)

Passive: Seira heals herself for 100% of the damage she shields Allys from. (Doesn't heal when shielding herself

Q: Sierra throws out two waves of energy damaging a slowing all targets hit. They waves start from either side of Sierra and converge at at the end of the range. Then when they connect the area between them grounds all enemy units.

Mana: 60/65/70/75/80 Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 Damage: 80/100/120/140/160+(60% AP) Slow amount: 20/25/30/35/40% Slow duration: 1 second Grounded duration: 2 seconds Range: 700

W: Sierra tethers to an ally gaining 30% of their resistances and they gain 30% of her resistances for 3 seconds or whenever the tether breaks. Any enemies that move through the tether get rooted.

Mana: 60 Cooldown: 16 seconds Root duration: 0.5/0.75/.1/1.25/1.5 seconds Range: 400 Tether range: 550

E: Sierra shield an ally. Whenever that shield absorbs damage the attacker is slowed. If the shield is depleted because of damage the final attacker gets stunned.

Mana: 60/70/80/90/100 Cooldown: 14/13/12/11/10 Shield amount: 60/90/120/150/180+(40% AP) Shield duration: 2 seconds Slow amount: 10/15/20/25/30% Slow duration: 0.5 seconds Stun duration: 0.5 seconds Cast range: 600

R: Sierra shields an ally. The shield has 2 health bars. If the first health bar is not depleted by 1 second then a wave of energy will shoot out around the ally with the shield and damage every emey nearby for 50% the shield amount. After the second health bar of the shield times out or is taken to zero another wave of energy dealing 50% the shield amount will damage all nearby enemies.

Mana: 100 Cooldown: 180/150/120 Total shield amount: 200/350/500+(60% AP) Each shield bar: 100/175/250+(30% AP) Shield duration: 2 seconds Shield health bar 1 duration: 1 second First wave of damage: 100/175/250+(30% AP) Second wave of damage: 100/175/250+(30% AP) Cast range: 600 AoE range: 600 diameter 300 radius

Character Design & Lore

For me, character traits and lore are very important for a champion. It should perfectly fit to the kit and vice versa. Unfortunately, you didn't give any information about this here. I think that your kit has good potential for character design, tho.

The champion uses alot of barriers, so I think they should either be a protective mage from Ionia, or some hextech device user from Piltover. I could see a champion like that working well together with Piltover's Finest. Caitlyn Vi


Kit & Gameplay

The theme for your kit is very clear, revolving completely around shields. But I think that you overdid it here, there is just too much defense built into the kit, both for the champion themselves and providing it to allies too.

The passive heals for every damage shielded by the champion and this champion has 2 shields to work with. Additionally, you can provided a boost in resistances to make shields more valuable.

I have to say, you got a nice idea with your W to implement an old mechanic used by Karma in the past back into the game and you try to make such a champion able to use it by giving her some tank resistances if they tether with your own frontliner. But the way it works can become problematic. There are some champions reaching absurd amounts of resistances: Sejuani Malphite Rammus

Tethering such a champion could make this ability a bit too strong.

And I have to wonder how your E and R would work together. One shield slows the enemy and stuns if broken, the other damages if it doesn't get broken. Which shield, if you are stacking them on the same target, would have priority?

w seems too much like io from dota 2 and taric from league. But overall I like this concept. Only issue i have with it is that she lacks a heal. maybe make it so that her shield also increases hp regen for the duration that it is up or something
