You get speed through Phage and all but, thats is the only source of movement speed for tanks/bruisers (besides boots) and we get kited very easily by anyone with a brain, a five % is not so much to ask and it would really help a lot to catch up to people, Trinity force is build with phage too and has a 5% movement speed stat to it.

? Also as you mentioned bc does already give movement speed from phage and trinity has move speed because it's made to have pretty much all stats you need except AP.

And with bruisers already having a great itemization and they are supposed to be easily kitable otherwise they would have no weaknesses and 5% move speed is more than you think
