1v1 Mode for League of Legends

Sometimes when playing a 5v5, let's say you are the top laner and you end up destroying your lane, but your team ends up feeding so much you can't even carry because the focus you down and you end up dying being 2 or 3 levels ahead giving a shutdown and extra experience to the fed opponents, that happens to me very often, and I get tilted very quickly so i can't even play the game right anymore. So my idea is, a game mode (it could even be a ranked branch too) where you 1v1 someone without knowing what champion they are playing, if you win lane you win game, some people i'm sure will only play this game mode, so they don't have to rely on a stupid team but on their knowledge on how the matchup against that champion should be played, I personally don't play ranked so you might consider me an inexperienced player, in which I don't disagree, but I would love to play my champion against other champions so I can learn better ways to deal against them and not worry to be ganked or dove under tower 1v3, let me know what your thoughts are about this, thank you for reading.
