Autofill Protection does not work properly

So I mainly play top lane, sometimes when I get autofilled in another position I play that position and get autofill protection for top lane for the next couple of games, the bug is, when I accept a room and someone dodges the room, the next queue I get is never top lane, even tho it says autofill protected, this only happens when someone dodges into the previous room, and it's not random, this happens 100% of the times.
