Renewing Refunds

Now I don't have all the idea fully figured out on how it would work but i have the jest/basics of it and I wanted to post it and see what everyone thought. If you remember when you started out back at lvl 1 you had a small ammount of refunds available in the store. Now I am more than pleased with what riot has already given us and this is no way a complain even if it seems to be but I was thinking perhaps ever so often maybe renew 1-2 refunds and if you see fit make it for half of the price not the full refund as in real life you wouldnt get the full refund back for used goods. Again I havnt fully figured every little detail out but I believe its a start.
