Team Oriented But Driven To Solo Star

I am not going to sit here and claim to be the greatest player in the world like so many videos I have seen because well I'm not the best. Do I consider myself talented? Perhaps. Skilled? Some. Lucky? Hell Yeah. But I have noticed that I in several matches that I will give sound and proven advice to my team and it will completely be ignored repeatedly to the point where I feel driven to try to be a solo star which is not what League is about. I hate to admit it but my attitude is not always the most friendly but I am working on trying to fix it. All in all I am looking for a semi-serious group of players to play with and perhaps learn from to improve my own skills and in return help them improve theirs.
