Disconnects/Reconnecting.. Penalty Timers Fair/Unfair

Don't ever try to reconnect. If you dc again it counts as another leave. I forgot who said this but just wanted to say thank you for sharing. I was not aware that when you reconnected and got booted that it counted 2x. No I am not being sarcastic. I was really unaware. But on another note I do think that they should re-do the leaver buster. Or possibly redo the time limit to afk out because there has been a few times where I managed to get back into the game but missed the limit by a few seconds and then had to sit through umm I don't know 5 x 30 minuets of waiting simply because a few seconds?
