Suggestion for Blast Cone rework

I like the plants, they offer many avenues not previously available in League for Junglers and laners alike. Scryer's Bloom offers vision in a balanced-sized cone and pings when enemies are seen in it, uncovering ganks and Jungle objectives to your team; it's balanced in how often is comes up, since vision is so needed and wards only go so far. Honeyfruit gives you Health and Mana, and seems to come up far less often than the previous fruit; it's balanced in how less often it comes up than other fruits, as getting all 5 fruits is a Heal and Clarity in one. Now we come to the topic: Blast Cone. I hate it, you hate it, and it's a cheap plant that gives anyone a universal Ziggs W with no skill. It's a quick way for anyone to go over a wall, and it's just as useful as the ever-coveted Flash (which many people stay is still unbalanced, and will never be balanced). The real problem with this plant is that it takes no skill to use, all you need is a small twitch of muscle memory to completely outplay the opponent team. I feel I may have a solution to this. We know the Blast Cone is a Ziggs W, not just by how it launches targets like it but also because of its shape: a circle. What if we changed this, though? What if instead of a circle we had it be an egg-shape, and the farther away from the direction-of-impact the less you get launched (with the farthest, 180 degrees away from the DoI, not getting launched at all)? Think of it as...popping a balloon, and as it explodes it lets out more air towards the needle with less air in other directions with no air away from the hole. This would allow the same mobility as normal, but not only would it offer counterplay to the opponent but it would also make Blast Cone Counterjungling harder (where the entire team gets in a Blast Cone and hops over the Blue/Red buff wall, making a normal start for a Jungler turn into a guaranteed kill on the Jungler; it's a cheap tactic that takes no skill, and barely any teamwork either). The egg shape would also allow you to still launch targets away, but you'd have to be more precise with what direction you take since you'd be pointing it at an angle away from them to get that impact. I know this would never be a permanent fix if it ever happened, but what do you guys think? Would this make Blast Cones more balanced? I certainly think so, I've been thinking of this for around a week and haven't found any real flaws with it over how it is now. Still, I would like your opinions on my idea; even if you don't like my idea, I'd like your thoughts on how to fix it, or how you think the current version is best?
