Oleandervine2 votes3 Weeks of Poro King is for the Snowdown event. Plus, Riot stated that 6.24 is their last 2016 patch due to staff going on holiday breaks. This isn't laziness as it is something that recurs so that they can enjoy the same vacations that everyone else does.
