Frederic The Master of Minds

Little by little he began to let go of himself and sink deeper into the spiritual realms. On the spiritual journey there are many traps and powers that come to those who are fearless enough to go deep. When Frederic found the power over his mind and the mind of lesser creatures he got tempted by it and concluded his journey inwards deciding to enchans the powers of mind and thought. He now lives for the enjoyment of dominating the minds of man and beasts and is insatiable in his desire for power and control. Frederic: "As long as this body lives it will dominate the minds of creatures of all kind and strike fear in their hearts."

Champion discription: Frederic is a ranged champion that use mana to power hit abilities. He is a support mage. Abilities: Passive: Nearby friendly minions deal increased damage to enemy champions and structures. Q Mindcontrol: Frederic gains cotrol of all nearby friendly minions and is able to move them or make them attack a target of his choosing.. This effect last for a few seconds and after that the minions resume their normal behavior. This ability has a long cooldown. If mindcotroled minions get kills you get the gold from them. W Confusion: Frederic fires a projectile of thoughs in a line infront of him that goes through enemy minions and fears them. If the projective hits an enemy champion it causes them extreme cofusion dealing magic damage and slowing their movement speed. E Agression : Frederic plans agressive thoughts in the minds of all nearby friendly minions and champions making them hiper agressive for a few seconds. They have greatly increased attack speed, and movement speed. R Obsession : Frederic starts chanelling and obsesses the minds of all enemy champions and minions around him causing them to attack each other for a few seconds(targets hit by the spell will attack the nearest friendly unit with basic attacks). During that time Frederic cant move, attack or cast spells and takes 15% increased damage. Frederic can control friendly minions affected by Mindcontrol during chanelling. If there is only one target hit by the spell it will be rooted in place and it will take magic damage . Crowd control effects like stun, silence or knock up stop his chanelling. Gameplay: In lane use Q Mindcontrol to command your minions. For example you can move them back to your tower or make them attack the the enemy laner or the enemy tower). Hit the enemy champion with your W Confusion to slow them and attack them with mind controled minions. Use E Agression to power your allied minions and champions. Use your R Obsessing to hit as much enemies in the middle of teamfights and disable them by causing them to attack each other. Visual: This is how I imagine Frederic.
