Mana based AP Assassin/Mage

Passive: Empowered: Gains bonuses at AP Thresholds. At 300 AP, takes 1 seconds off all cooldowns. At 500 AP, takes another 1 second off all cooldowns and grants 10% scaling on all abilities. At 700 AP takes 1 second off all cooldowns, grants 10% scaling on all abilities and 25 bonus AR/MR. (Yes, imagine this with no aura, then a white aura, then red aura, then gold aura.)

Q: Straight line skill shot, stops at first target hit, explodes upon striking an enemy champion to deal AoE damage. Range: 900 Cool down: 10/9.5/9/8.5/8 Magic damage: 60/85/135/185/245 (+60% AP)

W: Champion centered, AoE energy burst, knocks back all targets to outer edge of ability. Range: 300 Cool down: 15/14/13/12/11 Magic damage: 30/60/90/120/160 (+40% AP)

E: Straight line dash, stuns all targets hit, stops if champion collides with enemy champion. Range: 700 Cool down: 12/11/10/9/8 Magic damage: 50/75/125/150/175 (+50% AP)

R: Massive AoE blast directly in front of champion. Range: 800 Cool down: 110/90/70 Magic damage: 100/200/300 (+100% AP)

Some lines for the champion. Taunt: B*&$h! I am the hype!
That's it, everyone dies!

Joke: Is that me? Is that me stronger than me?!? I'll F*&king kill me! Of course it's not nice I'm F&^%ing EVIL!!!

Movement, or attacking a minion/champion: Mine, mine, mine, Mine MINE!

Is the kit overpowered, yes, but I could have done worse. I considered giving him AD scalings as well. o.0
