Question about Evelynn

According to LoL wiki Evelynn is up for a full relaunch. http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Champion/Champion_Updates#cite_note-13 Is that true?As far as I knew,she was getting some kind of big scale VU,didn't know that kit-changes would come with it.

Is this true?

Yeah she's "up for a full relaunch" since 2013 or so. Don't expect it soon.
