I can see TwistedFate getting it due to the fact his cards are interactive and they can do quite a bit with them.

Um Zac is just a giant green blob of goo so they could practically do anything with him even if he is newer.

However my money is most likely on Ahri . She continues to get lots of love with pretty nice skins and has interesting enough animations as well as a fairly popular mid laner in and out of ranked.

True, but Ahri did just get her Challenger Skin.

TwistedFate would be really neat, the only one he really has that is "show-offy" was the Underworld Twisted Fate or the Magnificent Twisted Fate.

I would love for Zac to get ANY skin. Haha.

I really think it would be awesome to have a new Cassiopeia legendary skin. Like, an interactive Medusa-Skin or something. I don't know.

And as for top lane, probably give some awesome skin to Chogath or DrMundo .

Because I've noticed they are giving the legendary skins to the lesser used champions of their lane. Sona, Udyr & Ezreal aren't top tier / top meta (if that even makes sense) so I would assume it would be the same for the others.

Chogath Where he would change his out ward appearance at every stack and the final form would be a void dragon or something along those lines.

Jax He finally uses a real weapon for his skin and every move he uses a different on. Q is a hammer slam, W is a spear, and E is a Bow Staff. His ult would be him glowing ir powering up like a Super Saiyan.

Nasus Farmer nasus. So many concept art that I don't need to explain myself

Teemo Satan. Upon spawn flames spear and then he does. Poison is fire, Q is spitting fire. Mushrooms are demons that fly around you when triggered and poke you until expired.
