[Champion Idea] Krazal, The Path Master

Note : THIS IS VERY RUDIMENTARY DESIGN AND BTW, THE NAME IS VERY BAD.

Krazal is a support that strives at giving buffs to her teammates and debuffs to his enemies.

Passive : Path of the Wanderer Krazal gets 1/3/5/7 (upgrades at ult levels) move speed for every ally with a path of the x on them. Krazel gets 10/15/20/25 (upgrades at ult levels) armor and magic resist for every enemy with a path of x on them

Q : Path of the Trusted Krazal sends out a skill shot towards an ally or enemy. This skill shot goes through minions. Whenever it hits a champion, up to 3 more skill shots get fired to the last know position of the 3 nearest champions, up to 1000 away. Repeat if one of these skill shots hits the champion, but the new skill shots do not target already hit champions. These skill shots deal 40/60/80/100/120 {+20 AP} and apply an effect. If it hits an ally, apply "Path of the Forgiven". If an enemy is hit, apply "Path of the Unforgiven." Path of the forgiven applies a dot that grants decreasing move speed over 4 seconds 40%-5%. Path of the Unforgiven applies a dot that decreases move speed in a decreasing fashion over 4 seconds 40%-5%. Both the debuff and buff still stays on said champion for 20 seconds after hitting, but does not affect the champion in any way (See Ultimate).

W : Path of Consciousness Krazel sends out a targeted ability that silences .5/.75/1/1.25/1.5 target enemy and a small area {150} around him, or gives target allied champion and a small area {150} around him a shield 80/110/140/170/200 {+50% AP}. Any enemies hit by this are given the debuff "Path of Instability." This debuff increases damage they take by 6% for 4 seconds. Any allies hit by this ability will be given the buff "Path of Stability." This buff increases damage they deal by 6% for 4 seconds. Both the debuff and buff stay on the champion for 20 seconds after hitting, but does not affect the champion in any way. (see ultimate)

E : Path of Fortune Krazel select target area and after 1 second, all enemies within the area become rooted .5/.75/1/1.25/1.5 and take 60/70/80/90/100 {+30% AP}. After the root runs out, for 4 seconds, the area become an anti-cc area that will give all allied champion 25% tenacity. All enemies affected will receive the debuff "Path of Misfortune", which gives the champion a 30%/35%/40%/45%/50% chance to have an auto attack miss for 2 seconds. All Allies affected will receive the buff "Path of Fortune", which increases their chance to critical strike by 30%/35%/40%/45%/50% for 2 seconds. Both the debuff and buff stay on the champion for 20 seconds after hitting, but does not affect the champion in any way. (see ultimate)

R : Affecting Choices Krazel Gives buffs or debuffs to all champion within 1000/1250/1500 range that has a mark of the x on them. Path of the Forgiven - Give the ally a 20%/25%/30% move increase for 5 seconds Path of Stability - Increase the damage the ally deals by 10%/12%/15% Path of Fortune - Increase the critical chance of the ally by 60%/65%/70% Path of the Unforgiven - Give the enemy a 20%/25%/30% slow for 5 seconds Path of Instability - Increase the damage the enemy takes by 10%/12%/15% Path of Misfortune - Increase the miss chance of an auto attack of the enemy by 40%/45%/50%
