Riot should give people RP on their birthdays.
I'm sure it would be very easy since i think they have our birthdays. I'm sure it would make the community very happy. Even if its not that much, like 975 or enough to buy the average skin.

I don't know about straight RP, as in the long run Riot could argue that it could cost them a lot of money, what with so many players and so many of them would have birthday's on the same day.
But something like a discount, or free mystery skin, even an IP boost or a double "First win of the day" bonus would be pretty neat. Since IP is free anyway.
Very abusable.
If this were to happen, then people be like, making new accounts which has birthdays on for example:
1st smurf- 1st of May 2nd smurf- 2nd of May 3rd smurf- 3rd of May
....and so on. With all these accounts active with free RP received on their "birthday", they will use it to Mystery Gift the original account, so technically, he has received actual free RPs for free skins.
