Champion Concept - Liju, the Blessed Champion

WARNING: This concept was made for fun, but tell me what you all think of it!

Concept art: (I take no credit for the artwork, just a random image I found online that looked like something this champion would)

I'm kind of terrible when it comes to numbers so bare with me.

Roles: Support

Base Stats: Health - 512 Mana - 350 AA Range - 500 Attack Speed - 0.625 Movement Speed - 340

Abilities:

Passive - Gold Crest Liju gains charges of Gold Crest passively when getting hit by an enemy with a spell or AA, capping at 5 stacks. AA's grant Liju 1 Gold Crest while any damaging spell grants 2. When at max stacks of Gold Crest (5), Liju's next ability will shield her and all allies hit by the ability for 100 damage. (At level 18, this ability shields for 250)

Q - Shelled Armor Liju shields herself or an ally, heavily increasing their armor and magic resistance for X seconds. While active, abilities that hit the targeted champion will deal 25% of the damage back to the original target. Mana Cost: 60/75/80/90 Cooldown: 12/10/8/6 Seconds Active per Level: 2/3/3.5/4

W - Gust of Wind Liju creates a gust of wind around her that will deal X magic damage per second for 5 seconds. The gust also sends out pulses of extreme wind from Liju each second, sending enemies back a few units. Mana Cost: 40/60/80/100 Cooldown: 10/8/7/6 Base Magic Damage per Level: 30/50/70/80

E - Winged Flight Liju targets an ally and soars to them swiftly with the use of her wings. This ability looks a lot like Cassiopeia's W, however the outer range is a tad farther. Mana Cost: 25/45/55/75 (Range increases per level) Cooldown: 8/6/5/4

R - True Fate of Harmony Liju blesses a targeted circular area on the ground, fully healing all champions inside it. NOTE: This ability can also trigger Gold Cress! Mana Cost: 125 at all ranks Cooldown: 180/150/120/100
