I hope that Azir won't take the halloween skin this year
And we will get it for someone more useful and interesting to play as. We will get like 1 or 2 Halloween skins and it would be a waste if it was Azir.

Azure would make it work there are much bigger wastes than Azir
Azir is a decent champion, And I WILL Get a Halloween skin. Hes popular and a Necromancer skin is one of the his most popular concepts.
Yes, I despise laning against Azir... but a skin wont do him any harm, other then more people playing him for it.
