Can you throw an exp bar beside our teammates character?

similiar to showing ult or flash cds. i'd like to just know it rather than having to ask a laner how close they are to their level up. sure you could say "oh but what about stream snipers" or some non-relevant issue, but it would help junglers like myself make the choices for early game whether to gank mid or top based on the amount of minions in that lane specifically. I don't bother with doing a system, but I do think like 10 seconds ahead when im jungling. I wanna know if they will level up if i smite the minion when i come into lane.
