I think it would be cool to add a new Zaunian (i think that's what you'd call them) that can manipulate the mists of Zaun. I know this isnt a very good concept but it is an idea I had that I would like to work on with the rest of the community rather than spitting ideas out at everyone.

I'm fairly certain that was just referring to Zaun's clouds of noxious smog and air pollution.
Having said that I can now sorta picture something like Hedorah from Godzilla, a sort of corrupted air elemental driven mad by the constant poisoning and pollution of its domain and lashing out at the residents of Zaun responsible for its suffering.
I could picture it having some special interactions with Twitch on account of him also being something tainted by Zaun's negligence.
