this is just a simple thought and numbers have not been calculated.

IT IS BY NO MEANs COMPLETE

Eferaea

Duality- Imprisonment / Freedom

Single Target / AOE

Passive: after every 4 abilities hits in one form (ultimate counts) make the next abilities in the other stronger, stack lasting 10 sec.

You abilities that affect champions place guilty stacks on enemies and innocent stacks on allies on hit

QI: targeted roots the target and deals damage to them. (Empowered:) stuns the target instead. (AD scaling)

QF: sends a wave of damage that deals damage to all enemies). (Empowered:) speeds up allies in range by 20% for 3 sec. (AP scaling)

WI: fire a bolt that hits the first enemy champion and places innocent stacks allies it passes through. Also slows the enemy by scaling to 30% . (Empowered:) does double damage. (AD scaling) (AP scaling)

WF: creates a small aoe at targeted location [equal area to the bolt range], which reduces Armor and MR of enemies and strengthens allies. . (Empowered:) heals for damage dealt plus a flat about per ally champion hit. (Ap scaling)

EI(chain): attach yourself to an enemy champion and channel for up to 2 sec when channel is ended (stopped or interrupted) deal damage to the enemy increasing with channel time. If there is a guilty stack on them deal percent max health at the start and consume the stack. . (Empowered:) deal percent missing health at the end of channel, increasing with channel time. (AD scaling)

EF (let loose): channel for 1.5 sec then consume all stacks on champions in range deals damage based on stacks on targets and heals allies in range. . (Empowered:) channel for 2.5 sec when you finish deal increased damage to enemies and cleanse all allies with stack in range. (AP scaling)

R: change between imprisonment and freedom forms. If the {passive} is at 3 or more stakes does aoe slow of 15% when moving to imprisonment/aoe slow cleanse when moving to freedom

Role: Assassin/support

remember not finished yet. more numbers are needed plus a lot of adjustments.

I would like to know what the champion roughly looks like, and maybe a bit of lore could be a good idea to get a background, but does sound somewhat interesting so far.
