NEW TEACHER NINJA CHAMP INCOMING
10/21 PBE Update
We're getting another new champ like how we got ekko. Only a sound file. But this one, judging by his sound file, sounds like a ninja master that used to teach pupils but got tired of it.
Thoughts?

Zair Umbras1 votesWell, it's got an odd name... I dunno what it'll be, really.
