My Soraka Rework Idea

Passive Stardust: enemies hit by her spells are marked with Stardust the next ally to damage or CC the target is healed for a flat amount of 80/120/200 plus 5/10/15% of their max health.the stardust last for 3 seconds allys are lock out of procing the passive for 1.5 seconds . this passive is meant to keep the healing part of her identity but make it more difficult to heal without landing her kit.Forcing her and her ally to interact with the enemy to get the most of her healing. Q Shotting Star: she fires a slow mid range skill shot that passes through all enemies dealing 70/110/150/190/230 plus 40% of her ap and explodes to deal half the travel damage and silence enemies at the end of its range W Star fall: She drops a star in a location damaging and slowing enemies hit for 40% hitting champions grants her a short boost of movement speed E Astral Blessing: target one ally champion to increase their movement speed if the champion is melee the champion then takes reduced effects from all forms of CC for the duration of the speed buff R Divine Wish: Target one ally that ally has their health restored to 100% and are immune from further damage for 1/2/3 Second(s) That's all I have for this concept if I get enough feedback I'll make some changes Before someone ask why i think Soraka needs an update My reason is that I find riots last update to her kit to be terrible.Soraka is a champion that is needlessly binary and once she is picked unless you completely destroy her in lane makes the game unfun.

Would there be a cooldown for the passive? Or is there a limit the amount of times you can apply the Stardust on enemies? Can you apply the stardust on more than one enemy? Can more than one ally use the stardust heal? When you mentioned the plus 40% damage on her Q did you mean as in 40% AP ratio on the ability? Sorry for so many questions ^^

That's a nice mechanic, but i dont think the "CC" is needed here. Many CC dealing mechanic already do damage. And if some CC mechanics dont deal damage, it's because they were meant to be "not reactive"

(Zilean's Slow is a CC that do 0 damage, it's a point and click. It's easy to do it, therefore it does 0 damage. That would be extremly unfair if this would heal me for just "clicking the enemy")

Also please try to add space, so we can appreciate better what you wrote

Just a tip, no need to put numbers. The mechanics are more important than numbers
