Small Sivir rework idea

I feel like one the the problems with sivir is that she's normally a bit average and is only pretty good and strong on this meta because of her spell shield but I much rather have her go from a typical kind of adc into this monster of a split pusher than an adc in team fights. Like her w has less base damage but bonus damage to minions and towers as well as it can bounce off a minion or champion and hit a tower. Also maybe because of how much she loves money, she could maybe reduce her stats on her ult a little to gain bonus damage based on how much gold will be granted (not including cull bonus but maybe she would have a little saying about it if she doesn't already) or her passive can change from a rage type of passive to Sivir gains bonus damage to champions on a killing spree or Cannon minion based on the % increased gold amount So she really would be a bandit thay focuses down money rather than victory.

She is meta because Riot made it so her W can crit. This makes her deal loads of damage to everyone in a team fight. The second reason is her utility, that ultimate is so useful when engaging/disengaging. Lastly she has wave clear, wave clear is essential for defending against siege or sieging, it also helps on saving time when you have to manage a side lane. Imo she doesn't need changes, she is fine the way she is,

Well the thing is she's strong it's not that she's unique which is what I wanted to do. She doesn't seem like a bandit, she seems like this impossible girl who's a little generic and all that really sticks out is her spell shield. You want an ultimate that's good for engaging and disengage? Varus, Ashe, Tristana (you can rocket jump/ flash ult) Which is all CC instead of item 3069 on a longer cooldown. Her lore is she's a bandit but she doesn't feel like a bandit

She's a fairly good split pusher as an adc but that's the thing. Fairly good, not if you want a heavy split pusher PICK HER A tristana has about as good as split pushing as her because she may not have the same wave clear but she takes towers like they're nothing. Unlike Sivir who has to clear a tower the same way as Twitch, Varus, Ashe, Jinx, Caitylnn, Urgot, Ezreal, Corki, Draven, Vayne, Miss Fortune, Kog'maw, Quinn. The only adc champs which special ability interactions with towers are, Graves, Tristana, and Jhin. That's 3 out of more or less 18 adc type champions. Which is strange since tower taking is supposed to be one of their main focuses.
