Heres a thought, what if there was... lets say a week, where players could create their own custom champions or skins, and then have there be sort of a vote or something where people can pick their favorite and the top 3 or something get sent out and made balanced or whatever and have them become actual in-game champs/skins?
Probably wouldn't work because all concepts around here are completely theoretical and haven't been tested anywhere.

Hmm, that would be fun, but Riot sort of promised that long ago with the "Refer-A-Friend" thing, but they canned it before anyone invited the required amount of friends. Also, there are actually lots of champions that hold aspects of concepts from these boards.
Ex. I made a Duo champion idea (they were individual champions) with similar powers to that of Xayah and sort of like Rakan. Now, here we are 9-10 months after I published that idea.
