Give Cho a VU!

Cho is probably the most serious champ in need of a VU out of any other champ. Imo, the only reason nobody plays him is because he is so damn ugly and outdated. He's actually a viable champ and if he were to receive a VU on his model and all his abilities he would see A LOT more play. Aoe silence, aoe ranged knockup, highest ad in the game, and a massive true damage nuke. Ya, he really just needs a VU and maybe a some buffs but lets focus on the VU. Support VU for Cho!
