[Quick Champion Concept: No Lore] Entreia and Entei, the Infernal Watchers
Appearance Entreia is a young woman with blazing orange and red long hair (literally) that flies free. She wears ruddy red leather armor fitted to her body and covers her completely except for her neck, head, and hands. Over this armor she wears a non hooded dark red robe open in the front. The sleeves of the robe connect to her middle finger, thumb, and pinky through a holes that secures it in place. The robe itself is wreathed in flames on the forearms, neck, and the bottom of the robe which flares out and stops just slightly below her knees.
Her eyes are bright emerald and oval in appearance. Across the bridge of her nose and most of her cheeks are freckles aplenty. On her right hip she wears her "Infernal Whip" which is her main weapon and use of attack.
Accompanying her is Entei, her friend and companion. Entei's fur is a deep orange. Her head is wreathed in a mane of flames which extends along her spine almost to her tail. Her four paws are also wreathed in flame as is the tip of her tail. The flames are brighter than that of her fur. Entei's eyes are bright emerald just like Entreia's. Yes, they share a similarity in name. :P
Age: Appearance wise, early twenties. Actual age is unknown, but has been around for centuries. Height and Weight: About the same size as Lux.

Quick Synopsis Entreia is a medium ranged melee fighter who uses a whip and companion Entei to attack her foes. Her whip itself is wreathed in flames as she uses it. This combination itself allows her to put pressure on her lane opponent. Her abilities are relatively used to keep up this pressure and help in controlling her lane. Using Entei and her abilities to keep tabs on enemies for even more pressure and presence in lane.
Passive Infernal Burn Entreia's basic attacks and abilities apply the debuff "Infernal Burn" to enemies which grants vision of them for 3s and stacks up to 5 times. Upon the final stack they burst into flames dealing 3/5/7/10% of their Maximum Health to themselves over 3s.
Enemies within 300 units of them take 5/10/15/20 (+3% AP per Caster level) every 0.5s. Enemies who take damage in this way have the debuff "Second Degree" applied to them which grants vision of them for 3s, but does not stack. It just simply refreshes the duration.
Q Entei's Wrath Entreia calls forth Entei to charge in target 600 unit direction or until she hits an enemy champion. Entei deals 40/60/80/100/120 (+70% AP) magic damage to enemies in her path as she charges forward at a speed of about 1200. Upon hitting an enemy champion Entei latches on, grants vision of them, and snares them for 1s during which she causes 40/80/120/160/200 (+50% AP) magic damage.
Sentinel Entei This is a secondary effect that is more of a passive for Entei. Entei stays wherever she ends up, giving vision in a 400 unit radius. While in this waiting state she does no damage. However, Entei will growl if an enemy is within her vision even if they are invisible as Entei has a great sense of smell, but will not attack unless commanded to by Entreia. This growl does NOT reveal invisible enemies however. If Entreia moves 1000 units away from Entei, Entei will return to Entreia's side. Returning this way causes no damage.
Cooldown: 10s if Entei hits an enemy champion. 4s if Entei does not hit an enemy champion. Cooldown starts when Entei stops moving. Cost: 40/45/50/55/60 Cast Radius 1000. Entei must be within 1000 units to be commanded by Entreia. She will return to Entreia's side otherwise.
NOTE Entei will refuse to attack anyone outside this 1000 unit radius. If Entreia tries to command her to charge outside this radius, she will stop short and shake her mane in annoyance/refusal to go any further.
W Sea of Flame Flames spill forth from Entreia, surrounding her up to her attack range (400) for 6s. Enemies within this area take .1/.2/.3/.4/.5% of their maximum health every 0.5s and have "Infernal Burn" applied to them. This area moves with Entreia as it is centered on her.
Cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12s. Starts after the duration stops. Cost: 90/95/100/105/110
E Entei's Fury Fire explodes out from Entei causing 30/60/90/120/150 (+80% AP) to enemies within 400 units of her and applies two stacks of Infernal Burn to those hit. This can be cast during Entei's Wrath.
Cooldown: 16/14/12/10/8s Cost: 60/65/70/75/80
R Second Degree
Passive Entreia's basic attacks now burst fire around her target. Enemies within 200 units of her target are damaged for 50/75/100% of her basic attack. Enemies hit this way have "Second Degree" debuff applied to them, granting vision of them for 3s, but does not apply her passive stacks.
Active For the next 10s Entreia and Entei's flames, fur, and armor all turn different shades of blue including Entreia's skin which takes on a frost bitten appearance. Their Emerald eyes glow during this time. All abilities take on the same color scheme.
During this time Sea of Flames is continuously activated, Entei's Wrath and Entei's Fury cooldowns are reduced to 6/4/2s across the board, and any magic damage done by Entreia's basic attacks is increased by 10/30/50%.
Cooldown: 100/90/80s. Goes on cooldown after duration. Cost: 100/110/120

This is just one of many examples.
Entreia and Entei rely on AP for their scaling despite their melee role. Items which apply AP to their basic attacks help as well as any AP penetration.
There you have Entreia and Entei. This was a quick concept so I'm sure there may be some flaws here and there. The basis of this concept was to create a champion which focused on control and vision. Using Entei to her utmost allows for control as well as Sea of Flame which helps to keep enemies at bay and puts enemies in danger if they are in range of Entreia's basic attack. Entreia's passive allows for vision and Entei's sense of smell and vision to help with invisible enemies and those thinking to hide from the Watchers.
