Here's what I have so far, and please note that this in tentative and am looking for help as to tweaking the numbers and the abilities as well as coming up with a lore and base stats that suit him. Version 0.2.0

Base Stats: Tentative

Overview: Gyaan is a support champion that is all about knowledge and using that knowledge to his and his teams advantage, he acts much like how Orianna is with her ball, but when played correctly can refocus teamfights and potentially spread out the enemy team thin rather than collectively bringing them together. He appears to be made of a white colored stone that seems to be foreign of Runeterra. He is normally seen with his eyes closed and in a sitting position while never touching the ground, letting his telekinetic abilities move his body around the battlefield. One way of how he collects knowledge is through the jade eyes which form an arc above him that he controls through his telekinetic abilities as he traverses around.

Lore: Tentative

Abilities:

Passive:	Gyaan&#039;s Eyes:
	Gyaan&#039;s Eyes are unique only to him and not known about to the people of Runeterra.
	His eyes (up to 7 through ult, starts at 4) provide Gyaan with vision in a circle 
	around them with a range of 600 units and rush back to Gyaan once they are 1400 units
	away from him. The eyes can be attacked by enemy champions when they are apart from 
	Gyaan and will be rendered unusable by Gyaan for 10/8/6 seconds once an eye takes 
	100/200/300 physical damage (lvl 1/lvl 8/lvl 15). An eye can be recalled back to Gyaan by clicking on said eye.

Q:  Tentative Name: CD: 8/7/6/5/4 Mana cost:25/30/35/40/45

Active: Gyaan sends one of his eyes to target location that produces a circular field that has a 400 unit radius and slows for 20% and lasts indefinitely or until the eye is recalled. Overlapping fields increase the slow by a fixed amount (like 20->25->35->45->60->75->95%).

W: Keen Defense:
	Active:
		After targeting either himself or an ally, Gyaan grants himself a shield that
		absorbs 25/50/75/100/125 (+25% AP) damage for 2.5 seconds while also sending 
		an eye toward the targeted ally granting them a shield that absorbs 
		35/60/85/110/135 (+35% AP) damage for 2.5 seconds. If he targets himself, the shield absorbs 40/70/100/130/160 (+30% AP) damage but lasts for 2 Seconds.
		


E: Search for Knowledge: CD: 8/6.5/5/3.5/2	Mana cost:20/25/30/35/40
	Passive:
		While an eye is apart from Gyaan, it will attack the closest enemy within 350
		units (prioritizing champions) with magic damage equal to 10/20/30/40/50 
		(+5% AP) every 3 seconds.
	Active:
		Gyaan sends out one of his eyes to a location on the map that is within 700 
		units of his location.

R: Knowledge is Power: CD: 120/100/80	Mana Cost:50/75/100 +5/10 /15 per sec
	Passive:
		Gyaan gains an additional jade eye for every point in his ultimate.
	Active:
		While channeling, all of Gyaan&#039;s eyes surround him in a circle that is has a 
		700 unit radius	and fire upon any enemies inside the radius regardless of the
		distance from the eyes (base eye range doesn&#039;t take effect, if in radius, they 
		are fired upon). During this channel, Gyaan takes 5%/10%/15% reduced damage, 
		his eyes are untargetable, and he cannot be interrupted except through hard CC
		or death.
