Weird idea for game mode
ARAM map with non-random Champions, but with 3 on each side. CDR is negative at the start, starting at -20%, but abilities have more powerful values (scaling, percentages, range, etc). Champion Passives are also more powerful, but those Passives that have a cooldown receive a permanent -10% CDR. Spells have increased cooldowns based on what Spell they are. Probably a terrible idea, but it's just something that I randomly thought of.
