Sulth, The Adventurer Without Origin {Champion Concept}
{Story} Though so far no knowledge has been gained of the origin of the self proclaimed "adventurer" Sulth none doubt his existence. In fact he has become an oddity to many who take even a basic overview of his reported sightings. Whist none can pin-point the exact path Sulth has taken none can doubt his impossible pace. From Noxus to Frejord to Demacia to Ionia to Piltover in a matter of a few months. All with enough time to spare to interact with local events. All attempts to forcefully obtain Sulth's travel secrets ended up missing, and discovered dead in seemingly random locales. Though most corpses would be battered and beaten with clear evidence of bone fractures. Some would seem partially liquefied all recent written memory of them erased.
{Appearance} Sulth is visually of Caucasian race around 20 years of age. With a generic build and brown hair/eyes combination. As for apparel Sulth has a feathered coat with the arms worn as a belt and the back trailing sorta like a cape. With a torn long sleeved green shirt with pouches and matching pants. With clearly hard-leather boots to end it. A two handed hammer roughly comparable to Darius's axe (albeit scaled down) is tied to the back. To finish it there is two scaled down one-handed hammers.
{Abilities} {Class: Assassin}
Passive: Rush Down. Sulth uses energy to fuel his abilities (works same as other energy users) Sulth gains 30% slow resist and 20% MS upon dealing damage to enemy champions for .75 seconds. This buff can stack with other items that provide slow resist and movement speed. This buff refreshes itself but does not gain stacks.
Q. Arm Wreckers 6/5/4/3/2 second CD 60 energy Sulth dashes 270 units passing through terrain and dealing 20/25/30/35/40 damage with 35% AD scaling to all enemy units he passes through. Sulth will stop at the first enemy champion dealing double damage with 80% AD scaling. Additionally slowing the enemy champion's attack speed by 5%. and preventing them from canceling their auto-attacks.
W. Leg Wreckers 7/6/5/4/3 second CD 60 energy Sulth leaps to a target area up to 500 units. The enemy unit (prioritizes champions) closest to the center will take 30/40/50/60/70 + 65/75/80/85/90% AD scaling. All other enemy units will take half damage. After landing Sulth's next auto attack will slow an enemy champion by 25/30/35/40/45% for 2.5 seconds decaying over that period.
E. Adventurer's Toolkit. 7/6/5/4/3 second CD 20 energy Passive: Every 3 seconds Sulth is out of combat he will take a drink for one second. Whilst drinking Sulth will recover 2% of his max health and remove the energy cost of his next ability. Sulth will not cancel drinking if he uses an ability but will if he enters combat. active: Sulth will take an item out from his several pouches depending on the situation. With Levels the cast speed will increase going from .95/.75/.55/.35/.15 seconds accordingly. If a situation fits several criteria it will pick a random option. If Sulth has less then 10% of his health and is under the effect of DoT (Damage over Time) he will take out some herbs healing himself for 3% of his HP and removing all sources of DoT. If Sulth is in combat and has his opponent has significant armor over his AD he will shove an icepick into their face stunning them for 1 second and removing 10% of their armor. If Sulth is fighting an opponent who has done magic damage he will shove a sticky food on a stick in their mouth. Whilst tasty it nonetheless silences them for a single second. If Sulth is in a bush he can place a cheeky rope trap. Enemies that enter that bush while sulth is in a 900 unit range will become rooted for 3.5 seconds. If no other criteria is met Sulth will check his supplies setting all four options on a rotation (similar to TF pick a card) Sulth can use herbs if one condition is met (such as under a DoT but over 10% HP or vice versa) but can only use rope trap in bushes.
R. Legacy Breaker 100/90/80 CD no energy cost Sulth jumps into the air becoming in-targetable for 2 seconds. During this time Sulth has 100/200/300% increase in Energy regeneration. Whilst in the air Sulth gains Rush Down movement speed bonus and can choose where to land by moving. If Sulth lands directly on an enemy Champion he will strike them with his two-handed hammer Legacy Breaker dealing 5/10/15% of their current and missing HP as damage. The enemy champion hit will lose 1/2/3 levels for 6 seconds. Level down is not permanent even if killed and takes skill points in the order they were placed which will automatically be reassigned. Base stat reduction ignores health (so as to prevent adding the damage of lost maximum health)

Attacking: Insert a battle cry I'm too chill for one. I wished for something to be without organs. it'll come true in a short order. Break them apart. Or blah them to death It Won't Can't Shan't go wrong. It's your choice and I'll blame you if it goes horrible Insert comment tempting fate. This always works well. Defense is for the weak-minded.
