Okay I had a friend point out a huge mistake while posting this so I'm re-posting it fixing the problem. I had forgotten to give the desciptions. Be warned it a work in process but i have the abilities done so read it and write a comment so i can make him better. I will also explain any confusions you may have about this idea so enjoy!

Kaerion, the Darkness Priest

Kaerion was a priest once from Demacia that went to the Shadow Isles trying to help many people there however he succumbed to a dark power during one of his travels. This power had given him a way to cast shadow spells at his leisure. After that journey, he never returned but instead he attacks people and using each kill to fuel his desire of darkness and for each kill he feels his darkness increase. He wishes to be the most powerful darkness caster that Runeterra has ever seen.

Hes a mid-lane mage that has merged with elements of darkness themselves. He’s able to fight solo targets or go as a back line for a big team fight.

Passive:** Darkness’s Embrace**: Starts at 120 Regen=5/4/3% Decay Time=3/5/7/9

His passive is Darkness’s Embrace: No fury, mana or energy he draw upon a pool of darkness. Which functions as a resource bar. At the beginning of the game, his resource bar is full. When his resource bar is 10/20/30% empty, the bar will regenerating percentage of missing darkness for a few seconds or until he casts one of his abilities. Also due to his shadows embrace he cannot buy upgraded boots. Also while in the fog of war he gains double regeneration of his passive. When he is revealed by a ward the passive bonus decays over a few seconds.

Q:Darkness Force= Cost 8/6/4/2 Cooldown:10/8/7/6 AP ratio: 60% at all ranks with base damage of 20/30/40/50

His Q is called Darkness Force. It is a skill shot nuke that damages the first enemy hit. If a Champion is damage by this ability and is affected by his W passive, the target will be knocked back a short distance away from the point that target took damage. Note that the distance they are knocked back from doesn't change depending on how close or far the champion is.

Kaerion generates a force of energy that he will shoot out. It is a skillshot that will hit the first enemy hit. If a Champion is hit while it has Darkness’s emblem afflicted on that champion it will also push the target a set distance away from him.

W:Darkness Emblem= Passive Cooldown= 10/6/5/0 Duration of mark=5/6/7/8 seconds Resource regeneration=1/2/3/4 per second

His W is Darkness Emblem. When he damages an enemy champion with one of his basic abilities or basic attacks, he marks them with an emblem of darkness that lasts a short time. This mark affects all his other damaging abilities however before this ability is fully upgraded there is a cooldown on the mark so it cannot be reapplied at earlier levels. The enemy champion that is affected will allow him to regain part of his darkness however if the go too far the mark will disappear.

After damaging them with a basic ability or basic attack it will leave the Emblem of darkness on the target champion that lasts for a short time. This emblem affects his other abilities and also while his near a marked target, he will also start to regain part of his darkness resource each second for a duration. One champion at a time and can’t be affected by the mark again for 9/7/5/3.

E:Darkness Pulse= Cost 12/9/6/3 per second Cooldown=20/16/12/10 AP: 10/15/20/25% ‘Mark’ AP ratio: 20/25/30/35% Damage and CC Reduction= 10/15/20/25%

His E is called Darkness Pulse. This ability creates an AOE effect around himself. This ability damage enemies around himself allowing him to clear minions with ease. Note that it is a channel ability at first however after he fully upgrades it he will be able to cast it while moving with no cast time. If Kaerion takes no damage for a duration, he will gain a shield of darkness that makes him take reduced damage and lowers crowd control effects on himself. Note that the shield will block minion damage until he fully upgrades it and the shield will disappear after a set time after taking damage.

After channeling for a few seconds, he creates a field around him that deals damage that scales with his AP. If he take no damage for a duration he will also gain a shield that makes him takes reduced damage and lowers crowd control effects. If a target is marked with Darkness Embrace he will deal addition damage to that target. The shield will disappear after 1/2/3/4 seconds after taking damage. Also he does lose the shield while his E is deactivated. The shield activates after 10/8/6/4 seconds while taking no damage. This ability when fully upgraded will not be affected by minions.

Ultimate: Darkness Purge= Cost 80 at all levels Cooldown=110/90/70 AP Ratio= 30/40/50% Base Damage= 80/90/100 Buff= 20% Duration increase= 2/3/4 seconds

His ultimate is called Darkness Purge. When activated on a target champion, he will begin channeling and create a sizable barrier around his target while inside it the target is suppressed and are dealt a lot of damage and they lose a lot of vision however if his target was marked the full duration of his ultimate is increased. If his target is killed he strips them, adding a portion of power to himself. Enemy champions that enter the barrier will take reduced damage and will not be suppressed but they will suffer the vision lose as well. Note two things first Kaerion's dark energy is so strong he cannot stop casting until the barrier is complete meaning he is immune to crowd control effects when he first cast it however you can crowd control him afterwards. And he must kill the target with his ultimate meaning assists from this ability wont give him his increase bonuses.

He starts to channel and begins to create a large darkness barrier around his foe and he will start to deal damage to that target champion after completing it. The target is suppressed but if the target was previously marked the duration of the ultimate is increased. If that target is killed this ability will buff him differently. Note that other champions will take damage while inside the fields’ power however they will not add to the buff. Cc will stop the ability during the duration not the activation. Also not that the target is suppressed as soon as he casts it but wont take damage until the barrier if finished.

First= increase resource and movement speed Second= increased resource and armor and magic resist Third= increased resource and AP Fourth= Increased Resource and Cooldown reduction. Fifth= Increased Resource and a percentage missing health damage buff when he is at 5% of max health.
