Kelcy, the Great Thief

Kelcy is a melee mid lane hero that also thrive in the jungle.

Short Lore

She has lived on the streets of Piltover and has lived her life by stealing. However he life has changed when she met a Graves. He was in the small bar scuffle with other people. He has left in defeat and met her and sat down and listened to her story. After listening to the story Graves said "You have lived your life taking what you need but what is it you want?". She looks at him and says "Look kid, I have lived on both sides of life the good and the bad but when it comes to it i have to try do what i want...Why not take your life in your hands. She looks up and he says "Why not make something of yourself".

After that moment her life had changed and as he left he said "Look to the future and ill see you beyond the stars". She felt a fire had been lit in her heart and she began that change. She had taken more risks and they had paid off. She had stole things and learned about how machines worked and how to fix them. She turned to finally making her first prototype which failed due to multiple strains in the metal. However after a year she had finished her masterpiece which she gave it the name, Rogue.

Rogue looked like a extended cane with a hook at the end but it was something more. She had given it multiple upgrades like a small grapple to move across the rooftops and the hook part also had a electric conduit inside it making it able to create a scythe blade of energy. The major upgrade was its ability to steal items upon striking an enemy with it. She had used it frequently but realized that the major upgrade was not yet complete as after each use required repair. She then heard about Graves being in the Fields of Justice and set on her journey to meet the man who had changed her life forever.

Abilities

Her Passive is Stolen Parts.

Each enemy champion near her is marked and when she deals damage to that target with basic attack, they drop an part that she can pick up. When she has 100 of these, she can go to the shop to upgrade her cane. This passive doesn't have a cooldown but they are not affected by this passive for 15 secs after damaging them. Enemies will have 5 and slain enemies will also drop 5 regardless of the mark from her passive as long as she is in range.

Her Q is called Rogue Sweep. When her Q is activated she will smack enemies in front of her 3 times dealing damage scaling with her AD. When upgraded it also cripple targets reducing armor and magic resist for 7 secs scaling with AD and AP. Note this ability can be used when moving when upgraded.

Her W is Swift Footwork. Passively she gains bonus movement speed when she is not seen by enemy champions minions and wards. When activated, she dodges the next 2/3/4/5 basic attacks or one ability. When she upgrades her cane she gains bonus movement speed when activated as well.

Her E is called Grapple Shot. When activated her cane will shoot a projectile that connects on the first target hit or terrain. She will then dash to what is on the end of the grapple. She does weak damage scaling her AP. When upgraded when it collides with an enemy champion, she has 1/3/6/9 seconds to reactivate this ability. it can be used a max of 3 times on a single target

Her Ultimate is Stolen Goods. This ability has a very short cooldown but can only be activated after regaining 50 parts from her passive and buying the upgrade. When activated, she will dash tthrough a single target and take one of their items at random and add it to her inventory for 6/7/8/9 seconds. Note this ability does no damage.
