Push item suggestion

So, I recently heard that riot is looking for a split push item idea that could work in a healthy but useful state.

Here is a few of my ideas.

Banner of courage +100% hp Regen +100% Mana Regen +10% CDR +10% out of combat movement speed Active: after using on a friendly caster minion, convert it into a drummer minion. When an enemy dies to minion damage near drummer minion you gain 4-12g (4g caster, 8g melee, 12g cannon)

Build path. 3 health Regen beads and 3 Mana Regen beads + gold (total cost should be 2000g, very bad gold / stat cost for the CDR, which is the only direct combat stat)

Drummer minion has 4 ward health but is immune to damage from minions, as long as drummer minion is alive it gives all nearby allied minions 50% damage reduction, 50% bonus move speed, and 2% bonus attack speed for every minion nearby (Ally or enemy). Drummer minion deals 1 damage and has the same range and attack speed of caster minions. Towers will always attack drummer minions last

What this does. It lets a split push item be used that will FORCE a freeze in lane (only a champion can kill it, or champion trap / summon / spell) which means they either have to go there and kill it or be able to hit it from far away like a teemo shrooms. This lets a split push minion wave become big being a powerful push because of the scaling attack speed be powerful but have a decent ramp up time for counter play.

The item stats ensures it's not overly useful for everyone as it has almost no direct combat stats but is an attractive buy for split pushing due to the movement speed it provides out of combat

Because of the lower gold gain it is still better to farm the gold yourself but makes this still give you gold for split pushing the wave in this manner as you are off doing something else.

This item can also be used to delay a lane pushing towards you until the enemy team responds because drummer minion cannot die to minions so you could use this on a enemy super minion wave to buy time to respond to baron without that wave crashing and decking your base.

This item is balanced in the sence that it is easily killable by champions, doesn't keep the buffed minion well outside of reach even with baron buff (no sniping towers with cannon minion)

Please note that while it has ward health spells deal 2 damage to it and AAs deal 1 damage. This means any champion can deal with it, but they have to actually respond to it because minions deal 0 damage to it.

Drummer minion buff does not stack but will persist until all drummer minions are killed. So you can stack it as a team to make countering it take longer but it's still easily killed.

This item is powerful as it can be used to almost garentee your minions will push or at the very least freeze the wave until an enemy champion responds to it but it's stats offer almost no combat benifit.

Sounds more obnoxious to deal with than anything. Like, tryndamere made into an item levels of obnoxious.

They plop it down, go do stuff, and the minion never dies until you go deal with it. Then another one is put down, you kill it, another is put down, you kill it, another is put down...

Also, what if it's stacked? And those stats sound abysmal, so it'll only be bought if it's OP.
