Drakehound controlling champion idea?

Whats up community and devs!

Been having this idea for a new champion.

I think it should be a young boy from noxus, who has a (bigger than him) female "pup" along side him, and her favorite toy or something (ball/bone/toy). One move can be the boy sicking the dog to bite them. W can be the boy throwing the toy at the enemy, having the dog jump on them attracting them (so cute), maybe the E can be a speed move where he hops onto the dog. Then, after lvl 6 Once the boy reaches under 50% health, he can activate his ult which unleashes the dogs rage, turning it into a full grown Drakehound for like 10 seconds, or until the boy has gone over the 50% health threshold, and his abilites changing accordingly, the Q being a more powerful bite, W being a stun, and the E a leap with some impulse dirt/fire flying back from where the hound leapt, leaving a small wall of fire (a la wind wall) to save the boy from any potential kill move.

Call him like Dax or something, and the dog Cindy (y'know, for cinder)

Could be related to Darius and Draven, to have that fury with a youthful mischief to him.

I'll draw some concepts in the upcoming weeks but I think there is a lot to explore in this concept and continues to diversify the game.
