"The Sump"

I saw in a loading screen text something about "The Sump", those who comprise of Zaun's working class in their lower level. Will we ever get any champs from this area to show off the "culture" they are known for? Maybe a new set of champions a la Rakan and Xayah? It's crazy, but just from that one little sentence I was intrigued to know what they are and what their culture is. I would love to get to know more since I feel like I can relate, maybe a comic?
