Ranked game mode needs new restrictions.

[zombie-brand-facepalm]

There should be new restrictions placed where at least if you get reported on multiple instances for the same offense (Trolling with actual game log and replay proof), you get banned from ranked for the rest of the season.

Too many people are playing ranked "because norms is boring", "for fun" or "i don't care it's just a game" . This is causing many people to lose unnecessary games and provide free wins to the opposing team one too many times. No one is doing anything about it and the whole "learn to carry" doesn't apply to all games and situations. Too many times does an individual or duo quit the game altogether, go AFK, or intentionally feed making it near impossible to maneuver a win. Some are just self fulfilling prophecies of defeat because someone didn't get ganked and thus started inting and stealing farm from those who are actually trying.

At least a 5-10 report limit, with the tribunal system verifying if it is a legitimate reason to hand out one of 5-10 "red flags" the 5th-10th barring you from ranked the rest of the season, limiting you to norms with chat restrictions for a set amount of time. This at least helps curb the trolls for those who have managed to get out of a relatively low elo. That way they can still do their trolling in norms and blind pick (screw it, restrict them to bots for a month if needed). And ranked gets a little de-polluted. Of course, it would be the tribunals and players responsibility to prevent abuse, but it would be an incentive to eliminate or reduce the toxicity in ranked. Because ranked is supposed to be for those who actually take the game seriously, not to purposely ruin the progress 3 or 4 people have made to climb the ranks.

As long as it's like 3 or more instances in a given time period I'm completely fine with these changes.

But over the whole ranked season I'm not okay with it. Sometimes people have shitty bad days and take it out poorly. I don't believe they should get punished if this happens 3 times over the span of a year or whatever.

But if it's been like 2 months and you trolled 3 times you should get ranked ban for rest of the season. Not toxicity, just trolling and inting.

So, what you're saying is if you have a bad streak as a jungler you should just be banned from ranked lol?

So, I'm curious, you suck at whatever role you're in, and I get you 3 games in a row you deserve to be banned from ranked for season simply because I don't like you and report you x3?

Diamond/Master/Challenger will cease to exist for sure.

There is no problem with the bad mouthing and trash talk as long as it isn't insulting or offensive. What i'm talking about is gameplay affecting things like going afk and intentionally feeding, which a lot of times they all chat to the enemy "open lane" or whatever. That should be cause for a ban. But regular trash talk that isn't offensive to a whole race would be the "abuse" that i mentioned, which would require a little more focus from tribunal but would fix a lot and encourage people to get their mind and game right and thus make the game a more fun and chill and competitive ranked environment .
