So i Love Singed, he's so much fun to play :) i mean Singed is a really old champion and no ne plays him. a lot of people want him to get reworked. In my opinion, Singed really needs a visual update but the gameplay is so much fun! tek=ll me what you think and iif you want, mention a champ that you feel like it needs a rework (gameplay)

you are building him wrong, you absolutely don't build 
on Singed and generally not 
(unless specific scenarios)
his passive is a noobtrap, if you manage his mana correctly, you won't need mana items, if you want extra HP, just buy defense items.
a standard build with him starts something like:
