So i Love Singed, he's so much fun to play :) i mean Singed is a really old champion and no ne plays him. a lot of people want him to get reworked. In my opinion, Singed really needs a visual update but the gameplay is so much fun! tek=ll me what you think and iif you want, mention a champ that you feel like it needs a rework (gameplay)
they won't rework him anytime soon due to him having a unique and interactive kit the most they would do is very small changes like vel'koz size.
