I cannot think of anyone like this the only one that comes to minds right now is a character from Legend of Legendary Heroes, Miran Froaude, who is the darkness to his king lights o he still fight for what is good because its what his king wants but he goes at with a more immoral attitude. http://i54.tinypic.com/21o5253.png

Like Vayne? She hunts the dark magic users of Demacia but instead of bringing them to justice, she chooses to simply killing them. Like the LoL version of Punisher.

I like the idea, but you're missing one part that I deem to be crucial before I decide if I'm going to up-vote or not (I try not to down-vote people). And that's the character's kit. I say that because I PERSONALLY judge a champion concept primarily on their KIT. I do enjoy reading up on the concept's lore and their quotes and all that, but giving it an up-vote depends on if I like their kit and can actually see it working in the League of Legends. Am I a professional? No, but it is the character's kit after all that the players are going to be using in the game. You know what I mean?
