A Demacian who has good intention but utilize bad methods

I cannot think of anyone like this the only one that comes to minds right now is a character from Legend of Legendary Heroes, Miran Froaude, who is the darkness to his king lights o he still fight for what is good because its what his king wants but he goes at with a more immoral attitude. http://i54.tinypic.com/21o5253.png

Like Vayne? She hunts the dark magic users of Demacia but instead of bringing them to justice, she chooses to simply killing them. Like the LoL version of Punisher.

For her it more of a personal vendetta or at least that how I feel, I'm talking more "For Demacia" in their reasoning

I like the idea, but you're missing one part that I deem to be crucial before I decide if I'm going to up-vote or not (I try not to down-vote people). And that's the character's kit. I say that because I PERSONALLY judge a champion concept primarily on their KIT. I do enjoy reading up on the concept's lore and their quotes and all that, but giving it an up-vote depends on if I like their kit and can actually see it working in the League of Legends. Am I a professional? No, but it is the character's kit after all that the players are going to be using in the game. You know what I mean?

I know what you mean but i didn't think as far as a kit. I just feel the lack of story in Demacia like in the kingdom not adventure or shyvana's although they are great alot of it happen out side of Demacia , i wanted a person inside but more than someone that show that demacia isn't just goody two shoes. This new champ would be like a bishop type of role you got knight and Vanguards with Garen, Poppy, and Shyvana. It would be like a Swain Leblanc equivalent to Noxus, Leblanc haave the Blackrose which is a bit seperate from Noxus government. So overall I don't have a kit in mind i just wanted a person who fit this persona in the lore who can exist in the game as well
