Destra - the Farsighted hotshot

(Role) Attack Damage Carry, possible fighter

(Identity) Impeccable Accuracy and Close quarter fighter

(Personality) Likes to have fun, but very serious. Knows the battlefield like the back of her hand. Likes a challenge but gets angry when she completes it. "Really? I was expecting at least some resistance"

(Mini lore) Demacian Soldier under Jarvans Command, Looks up to Quinn but doesn't like scouting. Would much rather hunt skillfully from a range or up close and personal.

(Difficulty) She's one of the harder ADC's to use, but not that niche of a pick in most situations.

(Appearance) Wears Demacian style armor, but not as much and in more of a steam punk fashion. Some sort of Pink Mist surrounds her, whenever she fires her weapon pink mist smokes out of the barrel. Weapon of choice is a Hand cannon/rifle combination, A handgun/rifle with the capabilities to fire the highest caliber bullet with ease. Very long thin barrel. Also she has natural red hair (tied back ponytail, but still reaches her knees) with a beret and freckles. I love freckles.

(Abilities)

<Pas.> Prepared for anything Destra has the capability to switch to her waistline bayonet when enemies get too close. Using her combat skills and the freedom that comes with a smaller weapon she gains double attack speed

<Q> Trickshot! [10/9/8/7/6.5 second cool down] Destra fires a rubberized bullet in a line for 50 / 80 / 120 / 150 (+ 110% AD) and a slow equal to 5% of her AD for a staggering 4 seconds. however the bullet can bounce off terrain increasing its range and damage (as a bleed) by 150% However decreased velocity will half the slow. ** Does not bounce off champion generated terrain**.

<W> Funfire! [12/11/10/9/8 second cool down] Destra's next 3 shots fire out skeet like disks at enemies (which Destras animation shows her shooting them), these disks explode near the target inflicting 50 + 50/60/70/80/90% of Destras AD. The third disk lowers an enemies field of view for 1 second, (like Graves)

If Destra activates Funfire! when close enough to use Prepared for anything her melee attacks will have a like effect and the third attack will stun an enemy for 1 second.

<E> Tac-shot! [13 second cooldown all ranks, kills resets the spell for a short period of time (2 seconds)] Destra dashes a short distance and gets ready to fire a tactical shot (like lucian) her next shot has 10/20/40/60/80 % more range and lowers an enemies armor by 5% +0.5% AD for 3 seconds.

<R> Plan C (No Cost, 190 second cool down all ranks, kills refresh by 20 seconds)

Casting Plan C removes all Debuffs except slows and grievous wounds A 1 second spell shield that absorbs 1 spell, and if it absorbs 1 spell redirects the damage (and effect) at 80%/100%/120% in an AOE around Destra immediately

Ex. Braum uses his ultimate to slow Destra, she pops her spell shield and all enemies around destra are knocked up and slowed.

Ex. Jinx tries to snare Destra, now all enemies around Destra recieve a snare

Ex. Nunu tries to one shot you but doesn't realize the bush is warded. Nunu dies.

I feel like Destra is the ADC Demacia deserves but would like to hear your thoughts on her Identity, and her play style. Also if anyone wants to create a Lore for her, please go ahead.
