Potential solution to Yorick needing a new skin?

So if Riot doesn't want to make a new skin for him because he is due for major changes, who not just dish out a really simple one that can transition easily? The idea (not my own, but forgot where I read it):

Definitely Not Yorick.

Just like Vel and Blitz, give Yorick and his goons some fancy add-ons and one or two new funny, fancy lines and slap a 750RP price tag on it and it'd sell. Here, I have done the splash art for it already:

So why not? Could be fun... Could be some ez $$$ for Rito too, and there are no worries that Yorick might become popular, as nobody will know who he is when players use this skin. In fact, the few that do know of him will be convinced that it definitely isn't Yorick. I see no issues here.
