[Champion Concept] Colt the Bad Luck Gunslinger

Born on the wrong side of town under a black moon during the unluckiest day of the year, Colt was never destined for an easy life. Amongst his many skills growing up, survival was his most used, be it to steal some food on the streets of a Shurima market place or to lose the pursuit when those plans inevitably went wholly wrong. This was the average life for Colt until the day he crossed the wrong traveling merchant. The man had just completed a long trip to the Ionian Islands for his dealings in powerful magic items and works of art that he planned to sell to the elite of Shurima with the troubling times ahead, and it was one of these items that truly caught Colt's eye. A beautiful work of art unlike any he'd ever seen; a masterpiece from a Shuriman gunsmith that was said to "have the power to change one's own fate," laying out in the open as though he were destined to have it. If only he'd realized that he would never truly be that lucky. Shortly after, his luck quickly went from bad to worse; getting chased from place to place by the guards of the merchant, only just keeping ahead of them and whatever fate they had in store. Before long, he reached Bilgewater town, in the hopes of losing his pursuit but only incurred the wrath of more passers by as he trod on more than a few toes. Finally cornered at one blood slicked pier of the slaughter docks and with seemingly no way out, he pulled his most desperate move yet; he drew the gun, unloaded as it was and brandished it to his pursuers, halting their chase upon the gore covered planking. A shout from above distracted all as the pullies holding aloft the carcass of a leviathan gave loose and fell upon the dock, breaking in half and taking Colt's pursuit with it. Stunned that such luck would come his way, Colt bolted for the relative safety of the unbroken docks, where he would ponder just what he could make of his new Lucky gun.

Colt is a Marksman, who uses Bullets as his resource instead of mana.

Passive: Lucky: Colt's gun, Lucky, holds 6 bullets at a time and uses them for his abilities and basic attacks. When out of bullets he must reload for 3-(attack speed) seconds. Passive2: Bad Luck: Colt's critical strike damage is reduced to 150% however, occasionally when killing units (always for large units/champions) and whenever he kills a unit with "Lucky Shot" a lucky coin is dropped. Upon picking up a lucky coin, Colt gains a small amount of gold and permanently increases his Critical strike damage by 1%. (max stacks 300, total crit dmg 450 (plus inf edge 50% for 500%))

Q: Lucky Shot: Colt first a long range skillshot dealing damage to the first enemy unit hit. If a wall is struck, the Bullet with bounce according to the angle that t hit the wall and gain slightly more range. This skill can only bounce twice, being destroyed on the third bounce.

W: Cowards Advance: Colt cleanses himself of all slows affecting him and gains bonus movement speed for 2 seconds while moving away from nearby enemies.

E: Black Tar Bomb: Colt tosses a tar bomb to a target location where it breaks, slowing all enemies inside for up to 3 seconds. While the tar bomb is in flight, Colt can reactivate this ability at the cost of a bullet to shoot it mid-air, causing it to explode, dealing damage and stunning enemies caught in the explosion for 1 second.

R: Showdown: Colt readies himself for a showdown, reloading instantly and empowering his other abilities for several seconds. The cooldown of "Lucky Shot" is reduced to (<1 second?). Cowards Advance duration is doubled and now works while moving towards enemies. Effective areas and range of Black Tar Bomb is increased.

This is something of a refinement to an old concept I tried awhile ago. Comments are welcome, as well as ideas and constructive opinions.

This is a great idea. I do, however, see 2 potential problems.

1: The reload time is a little short for strong strengths and weaknesses to be utilized.

2: The tar might be used better as a lesser form of crowd control such as a snare. Hard crowd control tends to easily get out of control on high-damage champions.

I have never thought about making abilities and basic attacks share a resource. This is a really cool concept. More ADCs should really have the build up as the game progresses like what is seen with the critical strikes.

with the E, I think, maybe not a stun. maybe more a snare like the other guy " I Feast Tonight " said.

like it explodes, dealing damage and covers them in burning tar, dealing damage over time.

does Lucky shot have cast time? (as in does Colt need to stop, and then make the shot), it'd be cool (for me) if it didn't. for example you are running away with W and you can take pot shots at the enemy champions.

the thing that doesn't feel right to me, is Bad Luck, I mean the name seems to more something to do with Crit chance.

If this concept made it into the game, I'd play it
