Think Sun Goddess Karma, but Illaoi. Simple enough I think.

She's already got a little bit of the theme in her jewelry already. Just need some gold and feathers.

Okay, see; the reason i said this was because I didn't realize that that was the in game version of Sun Goddess Karma.

How so? It's not like they are saying "OMG USE KARMA'S MODEL ON ILLAOI!!! GG" Yeah then it'd be a bit confusing, but if you are confused in that sense what about all the others that share themes? How are you not confused about them? Does the recent Death Blossom Kha'zix look at all like Death Blossom Elise? No.

Illaoi could fit alright into this theme, her Idol could be like giant sun that she holds and summons some kind of sun beams that grab people or something.

LOL. Karma has the same stance in all her skins, Illaoi's is completely different. If that's your reasoning then you don't know the champion at all.

You sounded rather toxic in response to his simple misunderstanding. That seemed like an attack to me. If it was never intended to be so, then please keep in mind that it came across as such to others. Namely myself.

If you think that's toxic, then again please get out. It was in no way. It was a clearly made point about that there isn't in any way to see that the champion is in fact Karma. They have obviously never played her if they can't instantly recognize her from the standing stance. Riot makes all the skins so they are very visible in who you are playing so people can have a clear readability of them.

I am also pretty sure I have NEVER seen Sun Goddess Karma in game.

Not sure why you had to get so hostile here. If you think I am just utterly fucking stupid, then so be it. I have no idea who you are, and doubt that if I ever see you in real life that either of us would realize it happened.

No, I've noticed just about every post has approximately -3 vote score. It looks like a small band of people went through and downvoted every idea. (I've never seen the negatives this bad. And while I've noticed the boards get toxic every so often, this looks deliberate.)

It's rather good, I just got sidetracked on the issue of toxicity. A way of approaching the idea of the skin that helped me really grasp it was to imagine Illaoi dressed up in colorful feathers, and jungle brush added to the base of Nagakabouros' tentacles. More like a change of setting than a change of character. The totem she carries could also be changed, given more Aztec styled geometry and colors, and maybe the tentacles could be made more solid.

The skin could potentially show what Illaoi might look like if she worship a different god, in this case, a sun goddess.
