Bare Bones Mode

Bare Bones Mode would be as the title says it is; Bare Bones. Everything is pretty much the same as normal league, only you're not allowed to use Runes, Masteries or Summoner Spells. I feel like this would be fun for people who want to test their ability with their champions alone and not rely on the necessity of the hidden power that Runes, Masteries and Summoner Spells give. I feel this would a fun addition because of all the abuse cases with keystones currently.
