This is a champion I made for a contest a while ago, but I thought I'd post it here and see how you guys like it as well!

Role(s): Support, Tank. Lore: In the powerful land of Demacia stands the ‘Holy Swords Theater’. Playwrights of all sorts, tragedies, comedies, have been acted out there. However the main reason the theater is so adored, is the actress known as Victéara. The theater was her home, her pride. Known as one of the greatest actors in all of Runeterra, she took pride in her work. But, perhaps a little too much pride. Victéara was boastful, arrogant, and conceited. Constantly she would talk down to others and treat them as inferior beings. One evening, Victéara had just finished one of her astounding plays when a Demacian child was incredibly eager to meet her. The child snuck backstage to Victéara’s dressing room and tugged her sleeve. With disgust, she sneered at the child and berated him. Saying she was too famous for such a disgusting child to touch her, or even meet her in person. Devastated, the child ran through the curtains and inevitably fell off the stage, breaking his neck. After futile attempts of saving the child, the doctors pronounced him dead. Nobody knew of the events prior to the child’s fall, especially that Victéara caused the child’s fate. The theater’s next play was dedicated to the child, and Victéara refused to take part in it, pretending she was too ill to do so. Unfortunately for Victéara, this would be the last straw. When she returned to the theater early the next morning, she walked to her dressing room and sat down. Noticing two masks that hadn’t been there before, she knew something was a bit off in the room. The atmosphere felt ominous, thick with tension. The lights faded, and a disembodied voice echoed through the room. Three phantasmagorical figures came into view where the masks were located. Revealing themselves as the founders of the theater, the ethereal figures neared Victéara, explaining she has broken the moral code they formed when this theater was first born. Victéara had broken the code an astounding amount of times, and even if she was the face of the theater, she must be punished severely. The masks floated off of the wall, nearing her. A dark aura surrounded them and the figures began chanting. Victéara could not move, nor could she call for help. It felt as if though her mouth and limbs were too heavy to move. The masks closed in, and a darkness washed over her. When Victéara came to, the theater was out of view, along with the entirety of Demacia itself. She was leaning against a tree, with something feeling off. Her face, it felt heavier than before. The two masks from before were now attached to her face. One was the classical Tragedy mask, shedding a tear from its right eye, while the other was Comedy, with a smile as big as ever. Victéara wailed, tugging and pushing as she tried to remove the cursed masks from her, but it was futile, they were a part of her now. With Victéara now a shell of her former self, no beauty, no acting, she fell into a deep depression and wandered the lands of Runeterra. Looking for some way to redeem herself, and gain back her acting career, she stumbled upon the League of Legends. After explaining her story, the summoners were hesitant to accept someone that was so bitter in their past into the League. But with Victéara’s persistence, they reluctantly allowed her in. Now, she creates chilling works of literature upon her stage, the Summoner’s Rift.

“Those who see Victéara’s performances on the Rift have been known to never reappear, what happens to them...I don’t want to know.” - Ezreal

Abilities: Passive - Encore: After casting 4 abilities, Victéara can cast a basic ability(Q,W,E) twice in a row before it goes on cooldown. The second cast has half of its original effects and damage, and costs half of its original mana cost.

(Q) - Tragedian: Victéara passively slows enemy units around her for 4% / 8% / 12% / 16% / 20%, upon activation the slow doubles for 1.4 seconds. The passive effect is lost when this ability is on cooldown.
Cooldown: 12 / 11 / 10 / 9 / 8 Mana Cost: 80 / 90 / 110 / 120 / 130

(W) - Stagefright: Victéara gains Stagefright whenever she is attacked by an enemy champion, up to a cap of 5 stacks. Victéara can then spend these stacks as long as she has 3 stacks in order to fear target enemy for .25 / .50 / .75 / 1 / 1.25 seconds. Cooldown: 11 / 10 / 9 / 8 / 7 Mana Cost: 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 / 100

(E) - Showstopper: Victéara dances rhythmically in a straight line, the first enemy champion she comes in contact with along her travel path is stunned for .75 / 1.1 / 1.2 / 1.3 / 1.4 seconds and takes 65 / 95 / 125 / 155 / 185 Physical Damage. Victéara is able to go through minions when casting Showstopper, but each minion hit reduces the damage by 5% Cooldown: 10 / 9 / 9 / 8 / 7 Mana Cost: 70 / 80 / 90 / 100 / 110

(R) - Understudy: Victéara assumes the identity of a target ally champion. Her health bar changes to fit the target champion’s, yet she retains her max health. While Victéara is under her disguise, 15% of the damage that her cloned ally takes is redirected to Victéara, this also gives her one stack of Stagefright per hit. Victéara is not revealed if she casts an ability. Cooldown: 110 / 90 / 70 Mana Cost: 100 / 100 / 100 Duration: 8 seconds

============================================================================== Stats: Health: 563 - 1,645 Attack Damage: 53 - 99 Health Regen: 5.8 - 19.2 Attack Speed: .611(+0 - 53.6%)

Mana : 328 - 1,003 Armor: 29.3 - 78.6 Mana Regen: 3.3 - 21.8 Magic Resist: 31.8 - 52.9

Range: 135 (Melee) Move Speed - 335

Masteries: Ideally, Victéara will want to run 0/21/9 masteries. This will allow Victéara to survive initiations early on during laning phase, and make it out without too many dents and bruises. This mastery setup also provides some bulk resistance-wise. http://i.imgur.com/BprXW43.png

Runes: Ideally, Victéara will want the following runes: 3 Greater Quints of Armor (+4.26 Armor.) 6 Greater Glyphs of Magic Resist (+1.34 Magic Resist.) 3 Greater Glyphs of Mana Regeneration (+0.33 Mana Regeneration per second.) 9 Greater Seals of Scaling Health (+1.33 Health per level, +24 at 18.) 9 Greater Marks of Armor Penetration (1.28 Armor Penetration) Base Total: +12.78 Bonus Armor +8.04 Bonus Magic Resist +.99 Bonus Mana Regeneration +216 Bonus Health (At Lvl 18)

  • 11.52 Armor Penetration =============================================================================

Appearance: Victéara is a pale skinned woman, with the complexity of a pearl on a summer’s eve. Her choice of attire compliments her figure, a black corset with strands of fabric to hold the piece together, tied into knots. Her lower portion consists of brilliant fabric, dyed a hue of aquamarine, it moves elegantly whenever she takes a step, as if it were blowing in a gentle breeze. Her choice of shoewear is simple flats, little bows with rubies in the center don the tip of these flats. Victéara wears two masks which come from her tragic past, one represents Comedy, grinning and laughing as if it had just heard an amazing joke. However, another mask representing Tragedy also lurks on her face. A single tear is permanently being shed from the right eye socket, along with a melancholy frown being plastered onto it. Victéara’s hair is a hue of red, tied neatly into a french braid, which falls down to her midsection.

Synergy:

Synergises Well With:

Ashe the Frost Archer: Victéara and Ashe go incredibly well together, combining Ashe’s long ranged stun and slows with Victéara’s stun and fear, they can keep their lane opponents locked down long enough to net a kill or two. Plus, Victéara will be able to keep Ashe healthy enough to stay in lane longer than she usually would with her peel potential.

Vayne the Night Hunter: While Vayne has peel of her own with Tumble and Condemn, Victéara can add to this to make Vayne practically untouchable. This allows Vayne to position herself for Condemn or Tumble and eliminate enemies in skirmishes and teamfights.

Struggles Against:

Caitlyn the Sheriff of Piltover: With Caitlyn constantly poking and outranging Victéara with Piltover Peacemaker or auto-attacks, she won’t be able to keep herself or her ADC healthy. Considering her smallish mana pool early on and no way to sustain herself or her ADC aside from Relic Shield, it can be difficult to survive against her.

Sona the Maven of the Strings: With Sona being able to constantly poke, heal, and peel, Victéara will definitely have a difficult time with her. Sona can not only stop Victéara’s attempts at initiating with her E, but she can also stop Victéara’s attempts of getting off her passive with Crescendo and Song of Celerity’s speed up. This could leave her and her ADC in an incredibly bad situation or position should the enemy jungler be nearby.

Quotes: Champion Selection: “Who shall be our audience today…?”

Movement: “What could possibly be so important?” “To the stage!” “Maybe if this was part of the script…”

Attacking: “I’d hit harder if I could see through these masks!” “Your script ends here!” “It’s time for your finale!” “The curtains call for your end!”

Taunt: “You couldn’t even get an audience of children applauding!”

Joke: “I wonder how Romeo and Juliet are doing...oh, right…” “Not even the spotlight would want to touch… that.” -Victéara points forwards-

When near Ezreal: “Oh Romeo, Romeo! Wherefore art thou Romeo?” -Victéara places a hand on her forehead like a damsel in distress-

When near Lux: “Where’s your Romeo, Juliet? Has he drunk the poison already?” -Victéara laughs-

Sounds interesting but I don't really see how it's a tank support when it seems more like a cc mage support like lulu and none of the abilities really have to do with being a "tank" (no stat bonuses, no health bonuses no ally shields/heals etc) concept is interesting though but not a "tank" support
